SPARK Equity In Action. She believes that intentional conversations are vehicles for change, and she feels so grateful to have the S.P.A.R.K. #dreamteam by her side. Her work sits at the nexus of her professional and personal life, as a lesbian in an interracial marriage; she wants their future children to live in a more just and equitable world. With a Masters from Stanford and extensive training in equity leadership development, the S.P.A.R.K. approach is grounded in theory, practice, and a commitment to antiracism.
